The new brochures we discussed on the National Conference call last week are now available in the LTCR Academy. The new version really simplifies the description of what we do. So many times we use words or phrases that seem simple to us because of our experience in the industry. However, these terms can be confusing to a person less familiar with insurance and long-term care. The version removes the industry lingo.
