On today's National call Richard Brief metioned that his best engagement with his leads was to ask questions and see which area of the program they were interested in - leading with some of the other benefits outside of insurance.   It is a good reminder that this business was built on the home interview vs the home sales presentation.  

Every responder to our ads has some interest in long term care - we need to find out what it is and see if our program can help them.  

Thanks to those of you who made today's call.  A quick summary of the LTCRplus program from today's call:

  • The LTCRplus program provides you with a broader platform to engage your clients in a discussion around an extended care need.
  • There is no cost to join and be a member of the program.  The only potential additional cost to a member is if they purchase a Care Audit and that price is discounted between $199-$399 based on the audit.  Keep in mind, we are the only company even offering a Care Audit.
  • Even the Legal Services (scores of legal documents they can create online) are complimentary (free)!
  • The first program component, LTC Funding, is what we’ve been doing for 20 years.  Helping our clients find an LTC solution for future care.
  • The problem hasn’t changed, but the solutions have.  We found that what we’ve been doing for the last 20 years wasn’t enough.  We have increased the solutions in our market basket but also realized that our clients need more help during an LTC crisis.
  • You are the gateway to membership in the LTCRplus program.  Members of our groups can only activate their membership by talking to you first.
