Our LTCRplus members fall into 2 categories:
These members who are part of affinity groups that are sponsoring the LTCRplus program, We found the prospect through our advertising efforts or they found us on member websites or emails.
They can visit www.LTCRplus.com and enroll once they have the group code for their group. If the lead is assigned to you, the group code is provided by you. There is no obligation to buy insurance from us. Group members who already have coverage can and should be added as this is an important member service program.
As you work in your community and generate relationships with people, you can offer them the LTCRplus benefit program. For it to make sense to offer the prospect this benefit the person should be someone who has private assets and income for long-term care. The resources in this program are geared toward private pay options. Our partners for Navigation and placement work with private pay and/or insured prospects.
You want people in this category. It make sense for all involved and - "birds of a feather, flock together." The more we help people and do a good job for them the more referrals we will get.
Other prime prospects for this program are centers of influence. CPAs or attorneys may like to offer this benefit program to their clients. If we put the right people in the program, the sales will more than offset the additional costs.
Now that we know who to put in, the big confusion of late has been how to do it. There are baslically two way to this
1. Send someone your link.
You were previously provided a link and instuctons on how to use your personal link. Bascially the link is www.ltcrplus.com/AGB and some specific code tied to you. When a person clicks the link, a web page opens up and the Advisor code field - the lower circle in red in the picture below is prepopulated with your code. The prospect enters their personal information and clicks "Activate LTCRplus."
2. Send someone to www.ltcrplus.com/AGB and give them your Advisor code.
You were provided your own Advisor code which is your initials and a 3 digit number. You can direct your prospects to www.ltcrplus.com/AGB One they put this address in their browser address the sign up page appears (pic below). The prospect enters the code (which is blank), their personal information and then click submit.
With either technique the prospect becomes a member with instant access to benefits and they are coded to you in our database.
