Improving Lead Quality

We want the best leads we can develop at the lowest possible cost.  As we mentioned in earlier blog posts, we are learning every day.  Some early feedback showed we were finding prospects who did not go to the school we targeted.  We fixed that issue with specifc targeting charges. 

With all leads we always have the challenge of reaching people.  The prospect had an emotional moment where they realized LTC is an important issue to look into but then they went back to their busy life.  We have to chase them down and remind them of the importance of looking at LTC now. 

To help improve our contact ratio and engagement, we have added some key questions to the response form.  See below.
